Postal Uniforms Online is a small and efficient company that operates solely online. It is for this reason that we are able to provide you with such low prices as we have managed to reduce a substantial amount in overhead costs by not printing and distributing product catalogs, no real-time phone support and a minimized staff of employees. This allows us to give you the best prices on the best products and enables for your Postal Uniform allowance to stretch the furthest!

How do I know what size to order?

I noticed that I made a mistake on my order. What do I do?
Reply to or forward your confirmation email to customer service with a brief explanation of the mistake and any changes you would like to make and we'll take care of it from there.

What happens if I go over my allowance?
If you go over your allowance please provide us with a personal credit/debit card to charge for any excess amount over your allotment balance. For United States Postal Service employees shipping is always free! So the order total that you see is exactly what will be deducted from your Postal Visa.

What happens if an item is not available?
At Postal Uniforms Online it is our intention to ship your order 100% complete and we diligently strive to keep an available inventory of all items that we offer. However, there are circumstances that lead to an item becoming unavailable to us and ultimately backordered to you. When this is the case we will notify you in the form of an email if we feel that it is an urgent situation or if there are manufacturing set-backs leading to a long period before we can get the product in from our vendors. Otherwise, backordered items will ship automatically to you when we receive them in our warehouse, a process that normally takes 7 to 10 days after your initial order.

What is your policy on Privacy?
We respect your Privacy completely. We will use the customer information that you supply us with for the sole intention of fulfilling and shipping your order in a timely manner. What if I need to return an item?
We understand that with a mail order company like Postal Uniforms Online there may be difficulties in finding the right size for your uniforms as there is no way to try on something to find the correct fit prior to purchasing. Merchandise that has been worn or laundered cannot be accepted for return, unless defective. Please do not remove any tags or wear shoes outdoors. We do not reimburse for postage. Return the merchandise with a copy of your invoice and list the exchange or credit request.
